Starting from the assumption that teachers work achievements SMP Negeri 5 Tanggul Jember, in performing their duties as teachers is influenced by various factors such as teachers’ welfare factor, factor sanctions for teachers and exemplary leadership factor. Thus the work performance of teachers in the SMP Negeri 5 Tanggul Jember is influenced by three factors. This study used survey methods, questionnaires and methods of documentation from 20 respondents. The variables analyzed is two dimensional ie welfare factors, threat / sanctions as well as exemplary leadership which is used as independent variables and job performance used as dependent variables. The results showed Pearson Correlation significance value less than 0.05, mean welfare, sanctions, and exemplary leadership individually affect performance. Results Statistical Analysis Regression obtained value F = 298 827 with the significance of 000, then the decision to reject H0 means that the model has significant or independent variables jointly have a significant effect on the dependent variable.
